| INTRO: |
| These general terms and conditions apply to all Ticket Orders made with 2010OlympicTickets.net for Vancover winter olympic games in 2010 by an individual or corporate or other entity (hereafter referred to as the Client). |

| 1. NON-AFFILIATION: |
| The Client is aware that 2010OlympicTickets.net is an independent intermediary acting in the secondary market. 2010OlympicTickets.net is in no way affiliated with, connected to or cooperating with Olympic commitie or organizers of this event. |
|
| 2. PAYMENT: |
| Client's payment must be made by wire transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All payments are non-refundable. Failure to have made correct payment to 2010OlympicTickets.net on the due date as set out in the Ticket Order, constitutes material breach of contract and the Ticket Order will automatically be cancelled by 2010OlympicTickets.net without prejudice to any other remedy it may have. |

| 3. PRICE: |
| All tickets are sold at face value plus an additional amount representing the fair compensation for the costs, financial risk, work and difficulties involved in obtaining the required seating for the 2010 Olympic games in Vancouver. All prices are inclusive of this additional charge. |

| 4. ORDER GURANTEE: |
| All tickets sold by 2010OlympicTickets.net are guaranteed authentic. All tickets sold by 2010OlympicTickets.net will be delivered according to specifications in order and terms and conditions.
In case of failure by 2010OlympicTickets.net to deliver according to above and according to our terms and conditions for any reason, 2010OlympicTickets.net will pay and return a sum equal to 105% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets. Compensation in addition to paid amount shall not, however, exceed USD 350 per Contract or Customer. |

| 5. DELIVERY: |
| 2010olympicTickets.net will deliver the tickets according to these Terms and Conditions and the Order Guarantee. 2010OlympicTickets.net will be responsible to send and/or deliver the Tickets to the address given by Purchaser. Purchaser is obliged to inform 2010OlympicTickets.net of any change in address with respect to where the Tickets may be delivered. However, 2010OlympicTickets.net may, at its complete discretion, instruct Purchaser to pick up the Tickets at a pick-up location specified by 2010OlympicTickets.net in or nearby the city of the Event. In case of Purchaser’s pick-up of the Tickets, any relevant delivery charge paid by Purchaser will NOT be refunded. Delivery shall take place upon arrival of the Tickets to the address appointed by Purchaser, or when made available on the relevant location for pick-up as the case may be, whichever occurs first.
2010OlympicTickets.net may at its sole discretion request that Purchaser after ordering the Tickets, provides 2010OlympicTickets.net with a copy of any credit cards used for ordering of Tickets or a copy of Purchasers identification papers, such as Purchaser’s passport. 2010OlympicTickets.net is entitled to retain any ordered Tickets until such satisfactory documentation is received.
2010OlympicTickets.net shall not be responsible for any delivery failures due to incomplete contact and delivery information given by Purchaser, neither lack of satisfactory reception facilities.
2010OlympicTickets.net will in each Contract indicate date and time of delivery or pick-up of the Tickets. Such dates are for guidance only, and 2010OlympicTickets.net reserves the right to deliver the Tickets on the actual day of the relevant Event, within a reasonable time prior to its start on the same day, without becoming in breach of the Contract.Normally all tickets are delivered latest 14 days prior to the event date.
Purchaser is hereby informed of that 2010OlympicTickets.net may not be in possession of Tickets ordered hereunder at time of entry into Contract. Subsequent to formation of the Contract, 2010OlympicTickets.net will subject to the other provisions of the Contract obtain such Tickets in the second hand market. |

| 6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE: |
| Use of the tickets for promotional activities, such as, but not limited to games, lottery or competitions, is prohibited. The Client undertakes to inform each of the final ticket users of this limitation.

| 7. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUPPLIERS /INDEMNIFICATION: |
| 2010OlympicTickets.net undertakes no responsibility for its suppliers compliance with applicable law and/or the terms and conditions under which the tickets were acquired.The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless 2010OlympicTickets.net and each of its employees and directors from and against all or any claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) by reason of or arising out of 2010OlympicTickets.net provision of tickets to Client which its suppliers have provided or sold to 2010OlympicTickets.net or through 2010OlympicTickets.net in breach of contract with Winter Olympics 2010 and/or other official agents or in violation of applicable law. |

| 8.NO LIABILITY: |
| 2010OlympicTickets.net provides tickets only, and shall not be held liable for or pay any form of compensation in the event of postponement of an event or cancellation of entire or parts of games or the entire Olympics. In cases of loss or theft or similar, the tickets will not be replaced or reimbursed by 2010OlympicTickets.net.
To the extent permitted by law, 2010OlympicTickets.net hereby excludes all other warranties, conditions and representations than those expressly provided herein. 2010OlympicTickets.net shall in no event be liable for any indirect loss or damage and 2010OlympicTickets.net`s liability shall not exceed the payment made for the relevant Ticket Order. |

| 9. CANCELLATION BY YOU: |
| No refund is made for cancellation/amendment of bookings at any time after your order is confirmed and if still cancellation is there in that case customer needs to pay 50% cancellation fees and if incase tickets are ready for delivery/dispatch customer have to pay 100% cancellation fees over the total invoice. |
